Message	specifically manufactured by Richmond Gear for the 300 ZXTT and the R230 differential. I had a limited run of 100 sets made. I have a website devoted to answering as many questions as I could anticipate, the website is: [ www.leadergears.com ] ergo, they are referred to by some as Leader Gears. They can be purchased from me directly or from Greg at SpecialtyZ, who is the only distributer other than myself. I am available to answer any questions you need answered about any aspect of the gear performance, manufacturing, installation,etc. All my contact info is on the website. In regards to getting feedback, about 40 members have bought and installed the gears (as well as other Zers around the world that aren't part of the TT.net community, and some that prefer to keep their installation to themselves). To get info about personal experience (as suggested below), try a search with the key words of either: gears and 4.10s, Leadergears, or leader and 4.10s.
